Feeling Worthless? What does God say?

 Let's chat about Spiritual Health. 

For those of you that don't know me yet, I consider myself a Christian based Counselor. I believe so much of our lifestyle and self-esteem can be tied to our level of spiritual health and practices. 

Are you feeling Worthless, less than, and not good enough today? 

Do you know why? 

This answer can be different for everyone. Besides the reasons why, it's so much more important to recognize the Facts surrounding your feelings of  Worthlessness.

I will like to challenge you to take a moment and write down in your journal or type on your device  of all the  facts you can think of concerning you feeling worthless? 

God says, in His Holy Bible in the New Testament, 1 Peter chapter 2, verse 9 (2:9) in the New King James Version (NKJV) 

"But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light:"  

From this passage gives us the fact that God has a Great and Special Calling for you. God doesn't focus on your earthly generation but a Spiritual and heavenly  generation.  God doesn't want our earthly generation holding us back from what He has for us in the present and future. God wants to Choose you for His Perfect work. God no longer want you to be in darkness. May I add God doesn't want you to be overshadowed with the self-defeating thought of feeling  worthless but wants you to  see that you are Worth being here in the Now. God wants to show you all the many wonderful things around you and the things to come. God doesn't see you as worthless. God would had never formed you and allowed for you to be born if He didn't think you would be worth living in this life. 

➡️Challenge for this week: Speak these Positive Words of Affirmations & Prayers at least once a day.

❤ "My Life has Worth and Value."

❤ "God I believe you have  something special for me."

❤ "God I believe you have Called me and Chosen me to be in your Kingdom."
