 Welcome to Therapy with Ms. Kim, LPC! 

I plan to share All Things Therapy.  I'm glad you are with me on this journey! 

I plan to share psycho-education and  insight on mental & emotional health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem/confidence, trauma, generational concerns,  life stresses,  life transitions, needs, wants and desires in life. I also plan to discuss matters of social, spiritual, physical, and financial health. This may involve boundaries, workplace issues, interpersonal relationships (family, friends, romance, work colleagues, neighbors and acquaintances) and so much more. 

Please note and  understand I do not claim to know all things about all things, but I will like to share my perspective and experience as a Christian first, and second as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2020. I've also worked in the field of mental health since 2013, for over 10 years at the time of this post. And to add my Psychology and counseling educational experience that started back in 2007. Please note and understand this Blog is Not Therapy! If you have not registered, completed the necessary practice documentation nor meet with me on a regular basis, I am Not Your Therapist! I may share some great advice and tips to help you find a great therapist. And just maybe some of the topics shared and discussed on here that you relate to you are able to present it to your trained and skilled therapist to address, process and work through.
